We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to handle the sales of Process Chemicals for the Kanoo Energy division. The role requires fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, achieving financial targets, and driving business growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct local market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying potential opportunities through market insights.
· Position the company’s offerings competitively with proper planning and execution of sales activities.
· Handle RFQs and tenders, ensuring comprehensive and compliant submissions.
· Promote and develop existing and new products/principals within the region.
· Meet and exceed financial targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
· Monitor competition by analysing market trends, pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
· Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare forecasts against financial budgets and future business prospects.
· Develop sales strategies, set targets, and participate in budgeting and performance assessments.
