  • Ensure all client details, progress notes, and contracts are updated in the CRM.
  • Follow up on pending clients to push deals toward closure.
  • Collaborate with telesales to ensure high-quality lead flow and feedback.
  • Represent the company professionally at all client interactions and meetings.
