Position: Sales Executive -Domestic UAE Sales - Automotive Batteries

Reports To : HOD

Team / Department : Automotive Battery Div

Location : Jebel Ali Free Zone

Purpose of the Role : Sales Development -

1. Dealer Development for After Market Battery, Bearings, Spare Parts, Grease Sales
2. Outdoor Sales Development / Service / Warranty Support / Payment Collection

Working Environment :

1. Part of Automotive Division Sales Team
2. Report Directly To Head of Sales
3. Follow Work Flow Process Diligently
4. Report Weekly Sales Development

Working Relationships :

1. Team Player
2. Must be ready to fill in and support Team if someone else is in need

Key Performance Indicators :

1. Achieve Sales Monthly Sales Target
2. New Dealer / Customer Development
3. Payment Collection on Time
4. Monitor and Report Own Sales Vs Target

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Continuous Moving outside Office to Enhance Relationships Develop New Business
2. Should be able Give consistent and Quality service to Dealer Network
3. Must be able to Sustain Long term and Healthy business Relations with Dealers
4. Process Warranty Claims Accurately and Timely
5. Weekly Reporting to HOD / Management
6. Follow all Process for Customer Credit Facility Approval & Documentation
7. Recommend Financially Stable Cutomers only for Business
8. Self Motivated and Self starter
9. Able To Deliver Sales as per Targets
10. Must be able to provide Competitor / Market Information to improve Sales
11. Should be able to suggest Sales Promotion Schemes

Person Specification :

1. Min 2 – 3 Year Sales Experience in Battery Sales to After Market
2. UAE Driving Licence
3. Must have basic Understanding of Automotive Battery Technical Knowledge
