• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide competitive quotations for various services including export/import of general cargo, personal effects, vehicle export, and project cargo.
• Identify and pursue new customers and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Attend to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site surveys, and market research to analyze market trends.
• Negotiate with shipping lines and airlines to secure favorable rates for clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for packing, loading, transportation, and export procedures.
• Supervise on-site packing and loading operations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Verify shipment documents and track shipments, updating clients and ERP systems regularly.
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets set by the company.
• Maintain and update rate programs in ERP systems and generate regular reports.
• Follow company policies, ensure timely payment collections, and close files upon job completion.
• Conduct toolbox meetings for packing crews and monitor daily operations.
• Escalate any unusual situations to management promptly.
