Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and sell frozen food products, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of frozen food products and their market demand.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license
