**Job Title:** Sales Executive – Perfume Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the perfume industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrances, strong sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and enhancing the brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of perfumes and fragrance products to walk-in customers and corporate clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain an attractive and well-stocked display of products
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Participate in in-store promotions, events, and product launches
• Report daily and weekly sales performance to the Sales Manager
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
• Maintain high grooming and hygiene standards as per brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Transferable residency (for candidates within Kuwait)

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is an advantage
• Passion for fragrances and knowledge of international perfume brands
