· Receive and record customer inquiries received via email, phone calls, face-to-face meetings, or other channels.
· Track inquiries in the ERP ensuring alignment with the Sales Performance and Pipeline Report.
Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements and ensure adequate information is available for quotation preparation.Generate and submit quotations ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
Manage quotation revisions, contract amendments, and client negotiations (e.g., rates, service terms).
Conduct regular sales visits, log visit reports in the Sales Performance & Pipeline Report, and update records by the month-end.
Manage database of clients, their jobs at various sites, contracts administered, validity of contracts, etc.
