Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Develop and present customized advertising solutions to clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and media, to deliver effective advertising campaigns

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
