Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the heavy vehicle segment, including workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
Conduct outdoor visits to meet clients, present products, and close sales.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
