This role will manage inquiries, quotations and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales with a deep understanding of the Qatar market, and technical knowledge of our product offerings.

  • To handle enquiries and quotation ensuring quick response to the customer requirement

  • Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet customer needs and company goals.

  • Customer communication and handling customer complaints

  • Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction

  • Build market information data bank relating to customers, new opportunities and competition

  • Update the management about the changes & development in the market relating to shipping, transport and trading industries

  • Coordinate with the branch supervisors and involve in operational planning whenever required
