Job Summary:

Mandatory for 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE within the manhole covers and engineering castings industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Ducast Factory LLC, a leading manufacturer of manhole covers and engineering casting products. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of UAE experience in sales, specifically within the manhole covers and engineering castings industry. This role requires a motivated professional capable of driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:Identify and target new customers to expand market share in the UAE.
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industry.
    Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly.
  • Product Knowledge:Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of manhole covers, engineering castings, and related products.
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
    Ensure timely follow-ups and contract finalizations.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
    Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE specifically within the manhole covers and engineering casting products industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
