· Experienced in Distribution of Consumer electronic products in Kuwait Market

· Managing assigned revenue and profit targets from direct retail accounts.

· Category wise, Item wise forecasting / planning for brands assigned with the retailers in co-ordination with the Business Manager, for smooth availability of inventory.

· Study potential of new products in the assigned market to devise a marketing & sales delivery plan.

· One window co-ordination for all BTL activities, Sales Planning, Visual Merchandising,

· Relationship building with Key Accounts that will be assigned.

· Manage inventory to ensure smooth end of life product transition to new products.

· Accountable for studying market for competition plans to lead change in the market before competition.

· Ensure implementation of various schemes in the assigned markets with clear BTL communication.

· Implement communication of features/ merits of products to the assigned channels.

· Administer periodic price mapping of key categories to evaluate pricing decision for assigned markets.

· Regularly plan training Programs for retailers / Merchandizers & end customers for range of assigned products.

· Effectively manage the productivity of the all the shop front promoters / merchandizers and to ensure that sales targets are met at an individual retail store level.

· 100% accountability of AR from the assigned accounts

· 100% accountability of B/C with all retail partner accounts on a quarterly basis.

The position also is directly responsible for designing / deploying / Implementing of the store planograms for Smart Appliances
