Position: Sales Manager – GCC and Arabic Markets | Reports To : Sales Manager / Head of Division |
Team / Department : Exports – Bearings & Batteries | Location : Jebel Ali Free Zone |
Purpose of the Role : Sales Development - - Manage Existing Accounts along with Head of Division
- Identify NEW Leads in Existing and NEW markets for Bearings, Batteries, Spare Parts and Greases
- Generate, Develop and Follow up Lead List provided by company in an organized and timely Manner

Working Environment : - Part of Export Team at Head Office in Jebel Ali Free Zone
- Report Directly To Sales Manager and Head of Sales
- CRM based Sales Development and follow up
- Mandatory Weekly Report of Activities
- Follow Work Flow Process Diligently

Working Relationships : - Team Player
- Must be ready to fill in and support Team if someone else is in need
- Ready to accept and follow Sales Manager requirements

Key Performance Indicators : - Reply to all Customers Diligently, without mistakes and on time
- New Leads Generated
- New Inquiries Recorded
- No Complaints from Customer and Sales Manager
- Weekly CRM Report of activities and pipeline

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities - Must be able to Sustain Long term and Healthy business Relations with Existing Customers.
- Should be able Give consistent, Timely and Quality service to Customer Network
- Generate NEW Leads online, calling, trade references
- Diligent Recording of all Sales Activities, Leads through CRM
- Weekly Reporting to HOD / Management
- Self Motivated and Self starter

Person Specification: - 1-2 Years Customer service Experience.
- Nationality – Algeria, Tunisia or Morocco
