Lead and manage all membership sales activities, including lead generation, daily calls, tours, outreach, in-reach, and pipeline conversion. Oversee the lead management system and ensure consistent follow-up on new, existing, and past leads. Execute daily low-usage calls to members with low attendance to drive re-engagement and retention. Conduct 7-day and 21-day check-in calls with all new members to support onboarding and early engagement. Organize and lead internal and external sales initiatives such as referral drives, buddy weeks, and corporate days. Maintain high standards of tour quality, script delivery, and objection handling through ongoing training and coaching. Deliver regular reporting on sales pipeline performance, conversions, renewals, and net member gain. Support local marketing activities and club events in collaboration with the Marketing and Social Media team. Train, support, and performance-manage team members contributing to sales activity. Ensure the front desk and department heads are cross-trained and aligned to sales objectives. Lead the club in achieving and exceeding monthly sales, renewal, and net gain targets.
