We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. With a focus on high-end residential and commercial properties, you will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Jeddah property market and the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through active networking, cold calling, and following up on company-provided inquiries.
• Provide clients with detailed information regarding Jeddah’s districts, market trends, and investment potential.
• Organize and lead property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers. • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Coordinate with the legal and administrative teams to ensure all sales agreements and KYC documents are accurate.
