Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Accounting Operations:

• Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely closing of accounts.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany transactions, and other financial accounts.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and manage depreciation schedules.

Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT return filing and reconciliation.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits, filings, and other compliance matters.
• Adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.

Internal Controls & Process Improvements:

• Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure financial data integrity.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend automation or optimization strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and clients.
• Provide financial insights and reports to support decision-making by senior leadership.
