Senior Design Manager-MEP || Dubai (Only European Nationals)
- Lead the design team in developing innovative MEP solutions tailored to complex projects in Dubai's dynamic construction environment.
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems in all design phases.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Conduct detailed design reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, translating them into effective design strategies that enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and proposals to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies, implementing best practices in MEP design.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and subcontractors to address challenges and streamline project execution.
