Requirement for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Dubai-based team in a full-time, office-based role. This position is suited only for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in lead generation and managing high-performing digital campaigns.

You will work directly with the sales team, and your performance will be evaluated strictly on qualified leads generated (not on time or effort invested). We're not looking for someone with basic account management or social media posting experience, we need a results-driven expert.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Deep knowledge and proven success with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to manage and scale campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
• A performance-first mindset, ability to drive results, not just run campaigns. Experience in B2B marketing, especially in tech or SaaS sectors
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Ads
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-budget digital campaigns
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools for SEO, content optimization, and performance marketing (e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, SEMrush AI, Smartlyio, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-backed campaign success
