- Proficiency in the field of Civil Engineering and should be able to identify and resolve civil engineering issues related to the buildings.
- Provide engineering inputs and solutions during all required phases of project,
- Design development and project implementation.
- Proficiency and well understanding about industry standards, Current codes and various Materials.
- Carrying out routine PM (preventive) survey as per company policy & schedule the required Corrective Maintenance (CM) to make sure that buildings are safe and well maintained.
- Prepares design/specification/quotations, invitation to bidders, and quotations evaluation statements for civil construction projects.
- Arranges for orders to implement minor alteration to existing sites as per requirements.
- Preparing cost estimates, plans and specifications, feasibility studies, and other technical reports.
- Undertakes design reviews and checking
- Carries-out acceptance inspection work related to the preliminary and final “Handing-over” of various civil projects
- Verifies Contractors’ invoices and endorses to authorized personnel for approval
