ABS Engineering FZE is a leading engineering and fabrication company specializing in pressure vessels, process skids, structural steel, and oil & gas equipment. As part of our expansion and increasing project pipeline across the GCC, we are looking for an experienced Senior Proposal & Estimation Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for:

  • Pressure Vessels (ASME Sec VIII Div 1/2)

  • Process Skids & Packages

  • Structural Steel Fabrication

  • Piping Systems

• Perform material take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams for costing inputs

• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate subcontractor pricing

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals in line with client specifications

• Conduct risk analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities

• Participate in client clarification meetings and tender negotiations

• Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records
