Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a solid background in managing projects and contributing to high-profile design solutions. The Senior Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the design studio’s operations and assisting in successfully executing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

- Lead design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring creative and functional design solutions.

- Mentor junior designers and guide design processes and best practices.

Project Management:

- Oversee the development of design documentation, including layouts, renderings, and specifications.

- Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to define project goals and deliverables.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

International Design Exposure:

- Integrate global design trends and best practices into local projects based on previous international experience.

- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with international clients and vendors.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that design work meets industry standards and client expectations.

- Implement quality control measures to address any design issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, including experience managing design projects and working with high-profile clients.

Skills:

- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in design software, including:

- AutoCAD

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- SketchUp

- Revit

- 3ds Max

- V-Ray or other rendering tools

- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes applicable to Qatar and international markets.
