- Identify, gather, and analyze user requirements.
- Design and develop IVR/CVP and Java applications following defined methodologies, standards, and patterns.
- Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
- Review, test, and debug code developed by team members.
- Manage deployment of CVP components across Cisco servers.
- Troubleshoot, support, and maintain existing ICM applications, including fixing defects and performing maintenance.
- Execute unit and integration testing practices in line with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and development guidelines.
