Key Accountabilities

• Develop, recommend, negotiate, and administer contracts and proposals, including evaluating and awarding bids. Ensure the fulfillment of all terms and conditions, including necessary documentation from contractors during the pre-selection and finalization processes.
• Coordinate all aspects of contract preparation, tendering, evaluation, and award, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and specifications. Incorporate specific HSE, QA/QC, project controls, and document control requirements to meet project objectives.
• Prepare the final draft contract for award purposes, ensuring that the results of negotiations and internally agreed recommendations are accurately reflected.
• Prepare the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and manage the coordination of sign-off by all authorized signatories in compliance with company policies.
• Manage contract changes and variations, ensuring timely agreement and formalization as per contractual terms, conditions, and company procedures.
• Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to ensure compliance with specific project/package requirements, DHRE guidelines, standards, procedures, and policies.
• Coordinate qualifications with DH Legal Teams and DHRE stakeholders to ensure mutual agreement on DHRE’s position regarding such qualifications.
