Etisalat by e&, a global technology group pioneering new technologies since 1976, is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Product Management & Design who will be responsible for driving the development and design of innovative features for our OTT messaging app.

This role focuses on creating seamless user journeys, defining product requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and design background, with hands-on experience in overseeing the entire lifecycle of mobile app feature development from ideation to market launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new product features and enhancements for our OTT messaging app.

User Journey & Experience: Design intuitive user journeys and ensure experiences are valuable and easy to use, focusing on high-quality and user-centric features.

Feature Performance Monitoring: Oversee the feature's performance post-launch, addressing operational issues, and providing necessary follow-ups to ensure feature success.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to develop interaction designs (IXD) and visual designs (VD) that align with the business and customer needs.

Requirements & Business Rules: Provide clear product requirements, business rules, and workflows to the product development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Project Management: Utilize project management tools (such as Jira) to manage the development lifecycle, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze feature performance using Firebase KPIs and other analytics tools to drive product enhancements and inform strategic decisions.

Customer Experience: Ensure that all product design and development initiatives align with customer experience (CX) principles and drive user satisfaction.

Innovation: Identify product gaps and whitespace opportunities, generating ideas that add value to the app's ecosystem.
