Lead the design, review, and implementation of fire fighting systems, water supply networks, and HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and calculations for MEP systems.
Conduct site inspections, commissioning, and testing of mechanical installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, civil engineers, and contractors for integrated project execution.
Ensure adherence to NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local codes/regulations in system design and installation.
Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and value engineering for mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and propose corrective actions during installation and operation.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation for timely project delivery.
