Job Overview:
To assist the Business Development team by efficiently handling sales administrative duties, such as creating pricing quotes, overseeing operational plans, and ensuring prompt follow-up on delegated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue service price quotations for short-term projects.
- Assist in drafting contracts and preparing investment memos for submission and review.
- Maintain and update files for commercial companies, ensuring all documents are current and compliant.
- Support the implementation of the investment plan with a focus on detail through effective sales administration, under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
- Address and resolve any notes from the internal audit and investment office within set deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to follow up on sales activities and ensure timely completion.
- Arrange meetings with external stakeholders concerning Business Development matters.
- Submit regular reports and generate additional reports as requested by the Business Development Manager.
- Provide administrative support for managing sales records and tracking key performance indicators.
- Assist in carrying out investment-related initiatives and matters referred to the office, in coordination with the Business Development Manager.
- Oversee internal audit tasks related to Business Development, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of related issues.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance work performance, efficiency, and productivity.
- Comply with established procedures, policies, and quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. The listed responsibilities may include additional tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager.
