Senior Product Manager - Oil Field Sales

specializing in oil field sales with 10+ years of proven experience in product management and sales within the oil field industry (incl rental), particularly in the Well Services sector of the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically within the GCC countries.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

Devise comprehensive sales strategies and ensure their seamless execution for achieving set targets.

Directly engage with customers in actual sales processes, leveraging expertise and strategies to drive results.

The role requires frequent travel within the GCC region to engage with clients.

Summary

Develop & execute the sales (strategy), aligning with the regional marketing strategies to effectively manage and growth business.

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships positioning
• Create and implement a networking strategy that will support a generation of new sales opportunities. Identify and recommend or participate in relevant conferences, business and technical seminars, trade meetings, etc. to make new contacts and identify new opportunities.
