· Oversee property sales, rentals, and leasing transactions.

· Handle property sales and leasing transactions with a focus on achieving sales targets.

· Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and developers.

· Analyze Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

· Ensure adherence to UAE real estate laws, Tawtheeq, and Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.

· Promote properties through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

· Work closely with clients to provide property solutions and close deals.

· Utilize Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other platforms to list and market properties.
