Roles & Responsibilities


Function/ Purpose:
• Refurbishment of various drilling equipment in workshop.
• Handling of Equipment & components (Offloading/Loading/Lifting) as per HSE standards.
• Follow OEM procedures, specifications & Drawings for repair activities.
• Work within the QMS.
• Perform trouble shooting of equipment.
• Perform Pre-Dismantling inspection of equipment.
• Perform Disassembly of Drilling equipment as per ARM procedures.
• Preparation of components for blast cleaning & detail inspection.
• Perform inspection including measurements of critical components as per ARM procedure.
• Prepare Inspection report and submit to QC for Review.
• Prepare Bill of Material required for Re-assembly after detail inspection and submit workshop lead for review.
• Create daily work done reports.
• Receive, verify, and segregate the components for Re-assembly.
• Inspect repaired/machined components prior to assembly.
• Report if any non-conformance observed.
• Prepare & Re-assemble the equipment as per OEM spec and procedure.
• Ensure all products are assembled using the correct components per bill of material .
• Perform FAT & trouble shoot of equipment.
• Work with operations to identify product improvements.
• Perform & assist RCA related tasks.
• Perform other work-related task as assigned.
• Comply with all ARM Company and HSE procedures and policies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 5 Years experience in overhaul of Rig Floor Equipment.
• Knowledge of workshop activities like fitting works, tooling, knowledge to read mechanical assembly drawings, schematic diagrams etc.
• Basic computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
• Verbal and written Communication.
• Experienced in using of pneumatic and mechanical hand tools.

Qualification, knowledge and experience:
• Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minmum 5 years experience, or equivalent knowledge/education preferable in workshop activities.
