DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Agree sales targets and take any actions required to achieve the Targets set.

· Pro-Actively identify new projects and secure enquires.

· Manage personal time to maximise customer interaction.

· Ensure Pipe Drive is updated regularly.

· Build strong working relationships with customers

· Generate customer quotations

· Follow up on quotations and close sales with customers.

· Work with customers to offer design solutions for selected brands.

· Maintain and report on; personal sales figures / order book values / significant enquiries

· As a senior member of the team support the development and growth of team members and junior colleagues.

· Contribute to the team success sharing new sales opportunities and strategies.
