We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Engineer with 6–8 years of proven experience in the architectural and interior fit-out industry in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective client engagement, technical sales, and project coordination. A valid Qatar driving license is essential for this role.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and architectural sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Conduct site visits, provide product demonstrations, and offer pre-sales technical assistance.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports for management.
