  • Introduce new products to customers, coordinate trials and follow up to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across GCC countries and address their technical requirements.
  • Provide customers with updates on newly launched or upcoming products in the market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the business footprint.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Manager & Business Director in handling customer calls, inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage colour matching/sample development requests from various customers and ensure the timely submission of colour matching samples.
