Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our Kanoo Logistics Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and securing new business, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth. The position requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication and networking skills, who can effectively coordinate with internal teams and maintain excellent relationships with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, site visits, and leveraging market intelligence.
· Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer retention through timely follow-ups and visits.
· Prepare and present high-quality sales offers, contracts, and tenders, ensuring alignment with corporate margins and customer needs.
· Promote the company’s services in accordance with the marketing strategy to enhance brand image and market position.
· Act as the primary liaison between customers and the logistics division for all services and solutions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial records using assigned software and CRM tools.
· Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and the Group Code of Conduct.
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, pricing, and management, to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
