Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned region by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing both project and retail sales, from identifying projects to securing approval from architects and builders, and closing the order.
- Developing and expanding dealer, sub-dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Building a strong client list and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Driving business development through new client acquisition.
- Outdoor Sales Exposure.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role in the building materials industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
