The role provides senior technical authority, operational leadership, and service governance, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes, ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 22301), and contractual SLAs. The Senior Technical Lead acts as the final technical escalation point and ensures proactive monitoring, incident response.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide senior technical leadership
• Ensure proactive monitoring, alerting, and event correlation across all managed platforms.
• Lead Major Incident Management (MIM), root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews across charters related to Infrastructures, virtualization and Microsoft solutions
• Support internal and external audits, evidence collection, and corrective action plans.
