Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Site Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the interior fit-out industry, demonstrating expertise in managing site operations and delivering high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fit-out projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, adherence to safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and quality control records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proven track record of managing site operations and delivering projects within deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices on construction sites.
• Immediate availability to join and contribute to ongoing projects.
