As a social media executive , you will be working with the team to manage
the day to day operations, posting, social listening & moderation for social media accounts
responding to page inquiries and feedback, Your efforts will play a crucial role in building
and maintaining a vibrant and supportive community that aligns with our company’s
values and goal.
• Engage with community members across social media, forums, and other
platforms.
• Support and curate relevant content to keep the community informed and
engaged.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve community strategies.
• Support on development of FAQs & Fact sheets
• Monitor and manage potential issues within the social community
