10 to 15 years of IT Industry experience - strong technical understanding of the telecom systems, architecture, and solutions.
A minimum of 5 years in a professional senior technical role as E2E solution architect in Telecom Domain.
Implementation of at least 2-3 large and complex integrated Greenfield / Brownfield Telecom Projects in a multi vendor environment.
Implementation experience of Mobile Payment solution will be an added advantage.
Should be able to design End to End IT solutions (integrating multiple systems ensuring that designs adhere to agreed design standards and methods).
Should be experienced in requirement gathering and analysis from business stakeholders.
Should have good knowledge of the Digital, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Integration and Inventory Management domains.
Should be able to define and document high level solution and system architectures and explain how various components of the architecture will interact.
Should be able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders/teams involved in the project (Business, Network, Development, Testing and Operations).
Should have strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy.
Should have excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to different stakeholders.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills.
Should be able to provide the high level estimation for efforts & duration for entire project.
Should be able to design the services using Services Orientated Architectures (SOA).
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or equivalent.
