Experience
a. Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
b. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into marketing automation strategies.
c. Develop and execute personalized, data-driven customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
d. Create and manage SQL queries, AMPscript, and scripting within SFMC for dynamic content and automation.
e. Integrate SFMC with CRM (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud) and third-party platforms using APIs, data extensions, and connectors.
