2. Request for proposals (RFPs) and negotiate contracts to secure the most competitive rates and terms.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.

4. Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in land freight sourcing.

5. Key Responsibilities (Fulfilment Focus)- Manage the fulfilment process.

6. Oversee the efficient and timely movement of goods from origin to destination.

7. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) and external partners (e.g., carriers, customs).

8. Ensure adherence to all safety, compliance, and quality standards.

9. Monitor and address any fulfilment challenges or disruptions proactively.

10. Shared Responsibilities: Analyse data and reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions.

12. Stay informed of relevant regulations and customs procedures in the Middle East.

Desired Candidate's Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in sourcing or fulfilment within the land freight industry, preferably in the Middle East.

3. Proven track record of achieving cost savings and optimizing logistics processes.

4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Fluency in English and Arabic.

8. Additional Skills and Experience.

9. Experience with land freight transportation modes and routes in the Middle East is a plus.

10. Knowledge of relevant logistics software and technology is preferred.

11. Understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and etiquette is beneficial.
