Strong knowledge of Active Directory domain setup, GPOs, and OU structure design.

Hands-on experience with staging AD environments and integration with Entra ID / Azure AD.

Proven experience in configuring and managing hybrid identity environments using Azure AD Connect, Seamless SSO, and Pass-through Authentication, including troubleshooting sync issues and managing attribute flows.

Strong knowledge of Entra ID configuration and governance, including Conditional Access Policies, Identity Protection, Access Reviews, and role-based access assignments.

Experience in remediation of Red Team assessment findings (critical/medium/high), including implementation of recommended hardening actions.

Proven ability to analyze and clean legacy AD environments, implement identity persona models, and support production migrations with proper impact analysis and change management.

Hands-on expertise in managing device join scenarios (Entra ID Join/Hybrid Join), policy enforcement, stale object cleanup, and license optimization in Entra ID.

Expertise in dormant account discovery, license optimization, and scripting/automation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams, facilitate technical workshops, and translate complex identity and directory concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
