Job Summary:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead a proficient team and be responsible in carefully planning and executing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for luxury residential projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to local regulations, overseeing detailed designs, managing project budgets, and promoting effective communication with clients and project stakeholders on a daily basis.

Job responsibilities:

1. Lead MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings preparation.

2. Participate in technical meetings with design/supervision consultants.

3. Participate in technical meetings with project site team.

4. Provide technical assistance for the site team.

5. Prepare material submittals, MIRs & WIRs.

6. Inspect and approve site installations.

7. Ensure that site works are in line with project schedule.

8. Implement site testing and commissioning.

9. Prepare BOQ for tender submissions, in line with project specifications & Vendors list.

10. Lead the MEP design for company development projects.

11. Meet the site target of zero overdue compliance actions in terms of execution, quality and documentation.

12. Develop improvement methods to address issues of concern.

13. Act as a point of contact for all third parties.

14. Have comprehension of the standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
