• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. • Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections. • Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and sustainability standards. • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. • Resolve design-related issues promptly to avoid delays and rework. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen. • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders. • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and cost control. • Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency. • Experience in shop drawings preparation and good in detailing.
