We are hiring a Subject Matter Expert in Fleet Financing (Corporate Banking), for one of our clients- a leading bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

THIS IS A SHORT TERM CONSULTANCY ASSIGNMENT WITH A 3-4 MONTHS DURATION. ONLY CANDIDATES AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE JOINING WILL BE SHORTLISTED.

Financial Structuring & Analysis:

• Design and implement structured fleet financing solutions that align with business needs

• Financial modeling, risk assessment, and portfolio management

• Exhibit strong understanding of depreciation models and asset lifecycle financing

Credit Risk & Portfolio Management:

• Credit evaluation and risk assessment for fleet and asset financing

• Analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and credit reports of SMEs and corporates

• Mitigate loan defaults and non-performing assets in fleet financing

Product Development & Innovation:

• Create and enhance fleet leasing and asset-backed financing products

• Understanding of digital banking innovations in fleet financing

Legal & Contract Management:

• Establish leasing contracts, loan agreements, and collateral structuring for asset-based lending

• Negotiate contracts with dealerships, suppliers, and leasing companies

Business & Leadership Skills:

Strategic Thinking & Business Development:

• Ability to drive growth strategies and expand the fleet financing portfolio

• Strong market analysis skills to identify business opportunities and partnerships with fleet operators, rental companies, and logistics firms

Team Building and Management:

• Strong ability to support team in managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, auto dealers, and government entities
