Our newest opportunity is for a talented Surveyor - GCC National to join our award-winning team based near Riyadh , Saudi Arabia.
This critical role will be responsible for verifying that all structures and associated assets are constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawings, inspection and test plans and approved method statements.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil, infrastructure, building, landscape and irrigation works.
- Ability to make senior level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.
- Familiar with the DM General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, and Project Network Techniques.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of relevant survey procedures, construction techniques, codes and standards.
- Fully conversant with current survey technology and survey equipment.
- Demonstrated experience and capability to co-ordinate with related infrastructure disciplines to ensure effective interface of all aspects of the works.
- Sufficient safety awareness to identify and assess potential hazards and unsafe working practices and initiative to take the necessary preventative actions in accordance with a particular situation.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 7 years' of career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Surveying or relevant field.
