Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure the integrity of hires.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
