The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities related to refinery additives and upstream production chemicals (e.g., demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, H₂S scavengers). This is a strategic role requiring strong technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical sales and business development for refinery and upstream production chemicals.
- Identify new business opportunities with national and international clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, chemical trial proposals, and product recommendations.
- Oversee field trials, monitor product performance, and coordinate with R&D and application teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, operations, logistics) to align on supply and service commitments.
