Diagnostic & Repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on both digital printers and photocopier machines.
Dynamic Work Environments: Execute both in-house workshop repairs (overhauls, parts reclamation) and field service calls at client premises.
Multi-Brand Mastery: Service a wide array of enterprise equipment, with a heavy focus on Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta (bizhub), and Sharp hardware.
Network Integration: Install, configure, and connect multifunction printers (MFPs) to client network environments, including print drivers and scan-to-folder/email setups.
Client Management: Provide professional, on-site customer training on machine operations and handle client queries with a strong customer-service mindset.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts consumed, and manage the trunk stock of spare parts carried for field jobs
