Industrial or automotive workshop background preferred.

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in large scale jobbing facility with  2 to 5 years of shop floor technician experience.
Strong knowledge of workshop managing strategies, resource planning and cost optimization.
Proficiency in SAP PM/MM modules for fabrication/refurbishment process  planning, execution and to ensure materials availability.

SAP certification is a plus.
Microsoft office is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills with experience in Power BI or similar tools for reporting and KPI tracking.
Handson workshop experience in CNC machining, welding and fabrication, mobile equipment maintenance, 3D printing, and precision measurement, with proven ability to lead and mentor technicians on the shop floor.

Strong communication and coordination skills to work with engineering, production and HSE teams.
