  • Make outbound calls to generate new leads and promote our products/services.
  • Clearly communicate our offerings and their value to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions.
  • Accurately manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Address customer objections and provide effective solutions to close deals.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales pitches.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
